      That's wrong. It's 3 to 4 months. The nhs website will tell you that. And Groves has already said he's in the gym, roughly 3 months after he suffered the injury.

          complete recovery and till start participation in the elite level is one year process. Any less you are putting yourself under risk.

            Here is my experience doing martial arts (specifically boxing) again after shoulder surgery
