He can move on from here tbh.. Berchelt and Tank are the only two guys and one guy won't fight him unless the fight is ppv, so it's pointless to keep toggling between 130-135..

I mean if he wins there is no real reason to keep it...and since when is the WBO strict with their fighters defending the belt? I thought Arum and Warren kept them in control...

He already said he is moving to 135 so this is just a formality. But what concerns me is that once again a top rank fighter moves or vacates the title and immediately another top rank fighter is mysteriously mandated to fight for it. In this case it's Christopher Diaz who is not on anybody top 10 rankings and barely top 30 ranked by boxrec. He is 2 fights removed from 8 round fights against nobodies. 1 of his best wins was against Fernando vargas who struggled going the distance. The same vargas that Ryan Garcia destroyed in 1 round early this year. The rest of the guys he's faced since vargas are not even top 100 ranked by boxrec for this weight. There are better fighters that deserve that title shot. He is a prospect and his only qualification for being handed this belt apparently is he is signed with top rank.

Why isn't anyone talking about what is going on with the WBO and top rank. Look at the rankings and the bias towards top rank fighters? Look at how many top rank guys give up the belt and immediately another top rank guy is mandated to fight for it. There is some serious corruption going on with guys being handed belts.

          On another note:

          May 8, 2018:

Gervonta Davis may have just secured his second world title recently, but he’s apparently not feeling the love of his promoter, Floyd Mayweather. Yesterday the junior lightweight titleholder took to twitter to unleash a series of tweets which were seemingly directed at the former pound-for-pound king...

Why everything I do this man want to tell Al everything, I buy something he wanna tell...I do something in my personal life he wanna tell..but don’t support me when I fight! SMH

Gervonta Davis saw his profile rise tremendously under the wing of Floyd Mayweather, who featured the fighter on the undercard of his bout with Conor McGregor which was a huge box office success. Davis would miss weight on that occasion however, forfeiting his IBF title despite still going on to knockout Francisco Fonseca.

And although Davis lost his belt that night, Davis would find himself right back in title contention, fighting for the vacant WBA title on the Adrien Broner-Jessie Vargas undercard just last month. Mayweather was not seen in attendance, though.

So there’s no specifics on what has sown the seeds of discontent between Davis and Mayweather at this point, but some tease that it might be about Floyd trying to throw Davis under the bus by attempting to pit him against Vasyl Lomachenko later this year. Whether or not that’s really the case is anyone’s guess right now, but there are a lot of egos in play at this promotional outfit — and that almost always ends badly.

That's a great point I haven't seen mentioned yet that Floyd wasn't at the Tank last fight. he was at all the previous fights including the one overseas. yet Tank fighting to regain a title a bogus WBA bytch move because Machado is the real champ but still it's a technically a title and a big moment for Tank. Floyd should of been there unless the beef is real.

Mikey got to fight at his desired pace and controlled everything. Wait till Mikey steps in with a fast paced thinking fighter. He is going to get matrixed. Now my boastful prediction may change when I watch Loma perform against linares
That's what I see. Mikey has avoided speed and movement for a long time.

He'd lose a wide decision to Loma and if he'd have fought Crawford he'd be shut out or taken out late after winning no rounds.

He's a great fighter but against specific styles. Speed and movement are avoided for a reason.
