Guy was defeated by obesity and drug addiction. Not favoring ol pillow fists against Wilder just yet.

When I was younger and mean, my favorite game was asking wanna be gangsters “which hand” then I’d **** them up with both hands...

I’m too old for fun games like that... I’d get beat up by some young punk trying to make a name for himself after sucker punching a real man.... then my lil homies would smash him badly.... drug addiction, diabetes, and bullets put my family members to bed too early...

      Peace brother...

When I saw Cunnigham put him down with one shot, I stopped thinking this guy had a chance against Wilder.

Just don't think he hits hard enough to get rid of Wilder before a shot lands.

Fury, c'mon dude, go further, I'm sure you can even beat AJ and Wilder on the same night. With both hands tied behind your back. In a wheelchair. Being asleep. With a slice of pizza in your mouth. And all while dreaming, dreaming and dreaming...

Fury is about the only heavyweight i think could outbox Wilder for 12 without taking a huge shot at some point. Szpilka had him missing for 9 rounds with good movement and Fury is levels above him in every aspect. I think he could do it for a full fight.

I still think Wilder also has the best shot at beating Fury too though. I think Fury at his best would school a very orthodox fighter like AJ comfortably but Wilder would have a better chance because he is a bit harder to read and not quite as straight forward. Definitely would be an interesting fight.

Both beat AJ in my opinion for different reasons. Stiff, upright AJ will be an easy target for Wilder and he'll get him at some point. And for Fury, i don't think AJ has much in his game to trouble Fury at all, if Fury is fully focused. Joshua is very orthodox, does things well but i think it would be an easy style for Fury and would make him look basic.

That's assuming he can get back to his best.

Good point! I remembrer thinking the same thing watching Spilka outboxing him. I also remember how scared Wilder was when he faced Stiverne for the first time. I could see Fury intimidate him and outbox him for 12. But... only takes one shot. Fury will need to be sharp.

I hear they’ve got Phil Lo Greco bulking up to HW for the comeback fight!

I can see Tyson outboxing both but he needs to not get hit.
