The Japan Boxing Commission (JBC) has made an official decision to not issue a license to former world champion Pongsaklek Wonjongkam (90-5-2, 47KOs, 40 years old) of Thailand. The comebacking fighter was being lined up to face another former world champion, Koki Kameda (33-2, 18 KOs, 31 years old and Kyoei Boxing Gym Tokyo), on the date of May 5 at Korakuen Hall in Tokyo.
