Imo, Pac is probably getting bored with gov't life and slaughtering drug dealers.....he's gotta make up his mind what he wants to do. I don't think he has much say and impact as a senator, although it must be a pleasure to serve his people. Horn is under rated. Pacquiao is a lot older and a lot less active that’s a fact, but he also punches a lot harder. imo
We seen that when broner and Rois were guns @ 135 and 130, doesn’t always work when you move up to 147
However if the fight is @ 140 I’m a little less confident
