Comments Thread For: Hearn: Anthony Joshua is Very Interested in Rematch With Whyte

Anthony Joshua would love to face Dillian Whyte for a second time after his fight with Joseph Parker, says promoter Eddie Hearn. Whyte and Joshua slugged it out at the O2 Arena in December 2015, with the now-WBA, IBO and IBF heavyweight champion wobbled by his opponent before he recovered to land a devastating uppercut that ended the contest in the seventh round.

It would have been good if Whyte could have got a belt first but that's not going to happen now.

Unless he gets a go at Wilder first but I think everyone wants to see AJ v Wilder.

So, if it's not Miller or Povetkin, Hearn/Joshua now come up with another fight to make before Wilder . . . .

Joshua wants Whyte now, Hearn wants Jarrell Miller, the unbiased fans wants Wilder/AJ! Team Hearn is in their own delusional world and their fanboys eat it up hook line & sinker!

In what world does Joshua vs Whyte 2 make sense?

I was about to say that this is just another reason to root for Browne, but knowing Hearn if that happens he'll just have Joshua fight Browne instead. Nobody can deny that Hearn is hell-bent on having Joshua duck Wilder now.

Povetkin, Miller, lard mode Fury, and now Whyte 2.0. Brings a whole new meaning to the phrase "having your ducks in a row."
