Mexican promoter Osvaldo Kuchle, head of the company Promociones del Pueblo, has revealed that he and his team are willing to go to a purse bid set up a fight between his protege Miguel Roman and WBC super featherweight champion Miguel Berchelt, who is promoted by Zanfer Promotions and Max Boxing. Berchelt, who will report in a few days to his camp in Sonora, will have to fight Roman in a mandatory defense by July, according to an order from the World Boxing Council.
