Agree Prograis made a statement tonight even though Indongo is a scrub

Bodies are mysteriously getting snatched late night, bums in alleys are being found gutted. A survivor from the monster's attack, 35 year old Julius Indongo says he was ambushed by the beast around midnight ; he describes the 'Rougarou' as a killer, vicious and terrifying with a foul odor similar to swamp gas.

Indongo later went on to warn the residences of W140 to avoid contact with this creature at all cost.

Investigators have developing leads that may give us a clue where the monster will strike next, one is the area where the attacks have taken place : the 140 district and the latest piece to the puzzle is its inexplicable attraction to the colors of green and gold -- some of the locals believe the monster is a Leprechaun, others say hes just a thug with a mask strong-arming unsuspecting victims of their gold.
