I consider the wins on equal footing. It's all irrelevant though, it won't determine who would win a fight between them.

I don't really get this. Unless one's related or a personal friend of these boxers I don't understand why people get so heated about it.
Another point is: even if Wilder doesn't believe in his own words do you guys really, really, really believe he would say "Nah, AJ's victory was far better".
come on, guys.

Wilder is slowly forcing Joshua into a corner. If Joshua beats Parker and they don't fight next...if I were Wilder, I'd forget about the stiff PED abuser. You can't chase ghosts, and you can't chase cowards.

Wilder should thank his lucky stars he was in with an unfit, over the hill opponent with no cardio fitness whatsoever.
Ortiz basically emptied his tank with 30 seconds of wild flailing at the end of the 7th and had nothing left after that. A younger, fitter man would have finished Wilder, for sure.
AJ would be licking his lips in anticipation after seeing that, but he knows he has a much tougher opponent to deal with in Parker, before he can think about moving on to what would surely be an easy night's work for him.

Neither AJ or Wilder are gauranteed a win,so what if Wilders hypeing himself, hes earned the right to calling AJ out nonstop at this point.
