I had it 7 to 5 Estrada who did you give it to?

This would make sense if the other rounds were shared equally between them. But they weren'tI had it 7-5 the other way. I thought it was a close fight that coulda went either way doe so fair play on your card.
When there is so lil between two guys + 3-4 close rounds you could argue went either way I don't think there is such a thing as a bad decision.
I hope they fight again this year.
Rungvisai had 6 fairly clear rounds. 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10
Estrada had 2 clear rounds, 1 and 12. Just to make it fair, give him 3 - 1, 11 and 12.
That means there are only 3 either way rounds. Giving Estrada them all highlights a sort of bias imo, but even so, it doesn't give him enough rounds to win.Comment

If a round is close it doesn't mean one should split them equally among the participants in a "one for you & one for you" type fashion as you advance in rounds.
A close round is simply a round with which the margin is thin, but you gave to a guy all the same. It can go to either guy. It can be split evenly.
That said you could potentially have a style bias as I think is a under discussed topic, but it doesn't even have to be about that. You could just happen to feel in those close rounds one fighter did more.Comment

I see someone knows what they were watching. I think most of the imbeciles on here watch the fights on terrible streams so it looks like whoever is throwing more is winning.
I rewatched the fight already and in the "clear" Rungvisai rounds he hits a whole lot of air and arms.
One thing I do notice that tends to count against Estrada is that his body language makes it look like he got hit on a lot of misses. He awkwardly retreats after exchanges as if he is hurt but really he didn't get hit clean at all or was just hit in the arms.Comment

You can't give this fight to Estrada. The most is a draw. It wasn't a difficult fight to score with a lot of close rounds, just one maybe, and even then, it wasn't that difficult to score.Comment

9-3 Rungvisai. I'd have to watch it again to tell you which rounds, but I think I gave Estrada the 11th, 12th, and 2nd.
The fight was competitive but Rungvisai landed that one-two and controlled the fight, controlled the distance all night long. The crowd went wild every times Estrada landed a grazing shot, was dead silent while Estrada had been eating punches the two minutes prior.
I'm all for a rematch, result will be the same.Comment
