  • Comments Thread For: Amir Khan: I Can Fight Brook, Pacquiao, Garcia, Thurman, Horn

British superstar Amir Khan (31-4, 19 KOs) is ready for the biggest names in the welterweight division. Khan has been out of the ring since May of 2016, when he was knocked out in the sixth round of his catch-weight bout with then middleweight champion Saul "Canelo" Alvarez. He moved up to a catch-weight limit of 155-pounds and saw himself get off to a good start, but eventually he got caught and was knocked out cold.

Khan is on the money fights after getting badly ko'd in a money fight 2 years ago nearly.

I struggle to see how Khan has earned the victory lap like Mayweather, Pacquaio or even guys like Bellew who at 34/35 has achieved what he wanted and is now fighting in exhibition fights against Haye to make money....no problem!...... with Khan it just feels like he is fleecing the public and looking for ANOTHER payday. **** this guy, **** Brook, and **** the SUPER fight between them at a catchweight, not interested, Brook is retiring, so is Khan, neither are prime WW's.

Im going to post the same thing, everytime Khan or his fans post this BS about him fighting the best guys.

          Welterweight since Apr2013
          his opponents has been
          Julio Díaz
          Luis Collazo
          Devon Alexander
          Chris Algieri
          Phil Lo Greco.

He's not a top ten WW until he proves it. He was getting battered by Algieri, so stop name dropping and fight someone, ANYONE!!!!!

To me, Khan has the same status as Berto, Ortiz, and Gurrero. Decent name and will be entertaining to fight, But all chances of them being the best are long long gone. Not worth a ppv fight and soon to be a gatekeeper for up and coming boxers.

The only person I'm interested in seeing Amir Khan fight is Anthony Joshua with Amir's wife as the ref.

The sad part is that he might get those fights because he is easy UK money.

Also I can't believe Horn is always coming up as the guy that everybody wants to fight because he won a robbery.

He looks so beatable that everybody wants a piece of him
