Comments Thread For: Chisora Returns Next Month; Could Face Joyce on Bellew-Haye II

Dereck Chisora will fight in a 10-round contest next month before potentially taking on Joe Joyce. The former British, Commonwealth and European heavyweight champion is set to return at the O2 Arena in London, live on Sky Sports. Chisora, who last time out lost a majority decision in another challenge of the European belt against champion Agit Kabayel in Monte Carlo, expects to be formally added to the undercard of Dillian Whyte's WBC Silver heavyweight title defence against Lucas Browne, on March 24, in the coming weeks.

Good fight, Joyce should have too much class for chisora though.

It's a good fight for Joyce if he wins..

He's only had one professional fight and del boy has been around the block, even if he is slipping and was never world class he still has a lot of experience.

I know Joyce is getting on a bit but I still expected a few easy fights.

You have to respect Joyce. Tough opponents for his first 2 pro fights.

Chisora would be a good step up for Joyce. I wish he'd got the nod against Povetkin, I think he's got more left in the tank than Price, at least on his better days...

Be interesting if they make Chisora vs Joyce. And despite Chisora dropping 3 of his last 5 all 3 were close L's & 2 of them were vs top 10 caliber contenders. Joyce getting a clear W or just a W in general lifts himself up quite a bit.

Chisora ain't beat a half decent guy since 2014 (Kevin Johnson) so I do tend to favor Joyce even if this would be a huge jump in class for him. Chisora not the Chisora he was back when he shoulda gotten that decision over Helenius.

Joyce beats shot chisora..losing to the likes of agit kabayel signals the end of chisora's career unfortunately..he needs a joe Joyce to resuscitate it but I think the prospect is going to get the decision

That's a good fight. Not an easy 2nd pro fight at all for Joyce.
