According to Daryl Peoples, President of the International Boxing Federation, his organization is considering the possibility of putting together their own random drug testing system - similar to the protocols created by the World Boxing Council and the World Boxing Association. Nice. All the abc groups need to be doing this. At least that assures the top of the sport is on the up & up as best they can with such a poorly structured sport as boxing is.
