Immediately after the first fight, Santa Cruz said that he would rematch Frampton in Belfast then his father got the vapors and they backed out. He should have kept his word or said nothing at all.

Donaire is fighting in Belfast because he doesn't have the better options that Santa Cruz has.
Santa Cruz DID say he was willing to give Frampton a rubber match in Belfast, but his management realized it would have been foolish. Santa Cruz seems sincere, and he probably would have fought Frampton anywhere his management told him to.

First fight in NY was like a home fight with all the local Irish present . GTFO loser. 3rd fight should be in Montreal,Canada or similar neutral site. Not Ireland . Somebody forgot to remind him he is no longet the champion and appears to be over looking Nonito. A loss negates need for 3rd fight
