They’ll either rob Ortiz or pay him to dive, or drug him. Promoters are not going to allow Ortiz to belt-up and wreck the biggest heavyweight fight in decades. Ortiz may also fight the ref & Wilder.

It took Wilder 13 rounds to KO Stiverne, educate yourself little troll before you call someone a hater.

It's called "hyping a match" and it's happened for almost a century.

Unless you believe that Ortiz is literally going to skin Wilder alive in the middle of the ring.

Yeah I get it, I'm hoping for an action packed competitive fight between them two.

same, I'm hoping that this is the biggest year in the HW division in a long time.

No idea if it's possible for many reasons but I really wanna see AJ vs DW end of the year, but tbh I can't see that clash topping AJ vs Klit, 2017 wasn't bad at all for heavyweight and surely greater for boxing in general.

it might not top that fight (that was a FOTY candidate) but it still has the potential of being a bigger YEAR for the HW division
                  Wilder vs Ortiz
                  AJ vs Parker
AJ vs Povetkin (maybe, he's #1 contender but not mandatory...doesn't make sense but whatever)

but ultimately leading to AJ vs Wilder. Big year.

Plus, I might be one of the only ones on here who is a big fan of Big Baby Miller. Imagine if he dropped 40lbs, the guy could be top 5. He's already top 10 and he weighed in the 290's in his last fight. I'd love to see a 255lbs Miller fight a Pulev or Bellew on an undercard. That could be a war

I don't know if AJ gonna fight three times this year, I doubt he will. I mean I honestly believe he would like to but in boxing management and promoting often gets in the way. Povetkin is very probable fight since Hearn asked him to fight in AJ's undercard this March (offer DW was not willing to accept recently).

About Big Baby, he's more of a kickboxer than boxer, he fights like kickboxer just like Whyte, they both have kickboxing background and fight similar. Difference is Miller is bigger and hits harder, would like to see them mix it up. What bothers me about Miller is his defence, almost non-existent and once he faces big puncher might be a bad night for him even with all his punch resistance.

Miller is still improving though, he's a former kickboxer, but I see improvements in his BOXING every match, so I do think he can be lethal once he gets more experience under his belt, and drops the extra weight. Could be like a young Ortiz.

I don't see AJ fighting 3 times either, which is why Ideally I was saying it would build more hype and money to have him do Parker AND Povetkin this year, with Wilder doing Ortiz and another top ranked fighter (Tony Bellew maybe?)

and if both fighters have dominant wins in both fights, AJ and Wilder can face off in 2019 for all the marbles, bragging rights and ALL OF MY MONEY!!!

also, sorry if I originally said 2018 and caused this confusion. I need a few months to get used to what year it is apparently. Hell, when I mentioned AJ got pinched with weed in 2011 I was thinking at the time (that was just a couple yeas ago) lol
