    Robert Easter Jr. wants a lightweight title unification fight the second time he gets in the ring this year. That doesn't just mean Easter wants Mikey Garcia. Like Garcia, Easter also would welcome a fight against Jorge Linares. Garcia, the WBC lightweight champ, and Linares, who owns the WBA title, are supposed to resume negotiations for a summer showdown if they win their upcoming bouts. If those talks don't lead to them finally fighting, Easter is more than ready to step in.

      Easter is a problem. I see Linares ducking this fight like his life depends on it.

              Easter best keep focus on his actual upcoming fight. He can handle Fortuna with ease focused. If he is looking past him though that could result in a huge upset.

                  I watched Linares fight against Luke Campbell and cool hand Luke was landing some good shots on Linares and also the Crolla fight wasn't that impressive either. But I will say Linares is no push over, he just has holes in his defense that can be taken advantage of. After all he's been KO'd in every loss he's had and was KO'd by Antonio DeMarco!

                          Maybe Easter Jr. gets to fight the loser of Garcia vs. Linares, or maybe Lomachenko @ 135? I highly doubt it!
