Former three division world champion Ricky Burns has no desire to retire from the sport. Some have called on Burns (41-7-1, 14 KOs) to retire from the sport after losing back to back fights and going winless in 2017. In the first half of the year, Burns was dominated over twelve rounds by Julius Indongo. And in the second half he lost a hard fought twelve round decision to Anthony Crolla.

burns has one plan and that's the jab, if that doesn't work he's got nothing else. He couldn't do anything against indongo cause he had no plan b, he probably doesn't have the skills to fight moving his head and coming forward. Taylor has way more skills.

Taylor can beat both these bum's up, it's another paul smith situation where these (now has been's) are going to be carried and put in soap opera fights all cause they blew their money.

I would like to see someone wipe that fake mr nice guy persona off smug crolla's face. Shame the kid don't have the heart to leave joe gallagher cause he could be a half decent pressure fighter. But I think the miles are on the clock now anyway cause he's taken a lot of punches cause he has no defence.

Burns is shot to **** and was never even good in the first place despite what the crawford fans say. He's been living off beating Kevin Mitchell who was a budget fighter himself. Burns is your stereotypical Scottish fighter I.e dog****
