Miguel Berchelt (32-1, 28 KO's) was supposed to be facing Orlando Salido in defense of his WBC 130-pound title in an HBO televised main event on Saturday night from the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas - but he pulled out citing inflammation in his right hand. But it's been a successful 2017 campaign for 'el Alacran'

He's an action fighter but cutting more often...what I noticed also he's had a lot of taxi cab drivers in his list of opponents as he went through his growing up....can't see him hanging out at 130 and if he goes to 1:35 he's lost a tremendous Edge...

One of my favorite fighters. Hopefully Lomachenko steps up if he wins. Would love to see him against Gervonta Davis after Davis gets a couple more fights under his belt

He is so overlooked it’s ridiculous. He has a claim on the p4p list if he wins his next fight against a top opponent.

He has a claim for number 2 in his division. Who would be a good opponent while he waits for Salido? Mexico has some good 130 lbers.

Johnny Gonzales or Miguel Roman. Robinson Castallenos probably wouldn’t do nothing for his career but he always comes to fight. He’s the one who stopped Gamboa.

Roman will probably lose to Salido. I'm for Castellanos getting another title shot. Never know how that Corrales fight would have gone if it didn't get stopped.

Lol yep he dropped Corrales 3 times in that fight too. They actually need to rematch now since Corrales got ko’d by Machado. Berchelt should actually go ahead and knockout Machado and take that belt. Who are you picking for Loma -Rigo?

Castellanos is the most interesting opponent for Berchelt from the WBC rating. Also he beat Gamboa and deserves the title shot.
