BEIJING China's Dancing Sports, an organization at the forefront of sports development in China, and Filipino senator and boxing legend Manny Pacquiao, recently inked a comprehensive agreement to develop and promote professional boxing in China. Dancing Sports president Vincent Zhou and Pacquiao signed the agreement in an elaborate ceremony on December 2 at the Diaoyutai Hotel in Beijing which was attended by Chinese dignitaries and representatives from the Chinese media.

Good to see. China is and will remain the world leader and are great at developing athletes.

I always find it funny seeing people who never left their hood talk abt something they have no idea abt.

I'm pretty sure he was paid a bunch of money fpr it too.

Pacquiao is just a prop for future Top Rank initiatives. As it grows Arum doesn't pay tax on this development until it's huge, with Arum Jr. benefitting in the long run. Seeing as Top Rank was pushing Louis Zhiming they took notice. Arum is consulting the whole thing behind the scenes.
