Undefeated super bantamweight prospect Cesar Diaz (7-0, 6 KOs), 20 years old, was killed a single-car crash Friday night, November 24 in Palmdale, California, according to police reports. The crash was reported at 8 p.m. in the area of 50th Street East south of Avenue L, said Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Det. Eduardo Saucedo. Diaz was pronounced dead at the scene at 8:17 p.m., said Lt. David Smith of the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner.
