  • Comments Thread For: Austin Trout Eyes Return in Early 2018, With "True 154 Pounder"

Austin "No Doubt Trout (30-4) may have just fought in October but he isn't planning on staying out of the ring for very long. He hopes his next ring appearance comes much more quickly than his last one did. The 32-year-old New Mexico native lost to IBF super welterweight champion Jarrett Hurd at the Barclays Center last month. against IBF. The bout was part of a Showtime triple header that featured all 154 pound championship bouts. It was Trout's first fight since his close loss to then IBF world champion Jermall Charlo in May, 2016.

Trout Ain’t exactly a small Jr middleweight. He towered over Cotto just like Canelo did. And when he fought Canelo he weighed like 2 pounds less than him? What he lacks is power, not size.

      a ''true 154'' huh....

hmmm. what are they insinuating Jermall Charlo or Hurd to be....

last night I actually had a dream that the Charlo twins were she-males or females... in that Lucid dream I was thinking how in the hell are they pulling it off in the real world as men. I mean to me Anne Wolfe is like bottleneck a woman warrior... the Charlo's came off like some Rupaul shıt...in the dream...

they be looking like velociraptors or when Alec Baldwinn pulls his face long in Beetlejuice

Funny, wasn't saying this when you fought the much smaller Cotto.

My motto is still the same thing, even though I'm a fan of Trout... bro you signed the contract!! You wanted a shot at a belt it is what it is!! I do think it's crazy for guys to rehydrate so much but there is no rule for it. I think if enough people complain they'll change the rules. But until then no complaining. You don't have to accept the fight but fans will say you ducked LOL that's the only thing lol

Hurd interestingly enough says says the hardest puncher he's ever shared a ring with is Dominic Wade. Wierd.
