I think Parker's camp will settle for 70/30 eventually, they realize that even 30% will set Parker up for life, and if he wins he'll be up for some massive paydays in the future.
Joshua is the one who generates the vast majority of the money whether people like it or not, and that's why he deserves at least 70%.
If Parker's team don't take the fight he will get a small payday against Lucas Browne and then travel to Russia to lose to Povetkin (for another relatively small amount).
