As previously reported on BoxingScene.com, the World Boxing Council ordered an immediate rematch between Shinsuke Yamanaka and Luis Nery for its bantamweight title on Tuesday, three months after the latter failed a drug test. The sanctioning body issued a ruling saying "the WBC cannot make a determination with sufficient certainty as to whether Mr. Nery's adverse finding was the result of intentional ingestion of a banned substance to improve performance."

I agree with this. The WBC has slapped Yamanaka in the face after all the years he worked to elevate their title above others in the Bantam weight class, even coming close to breaking a record in title defenses until bum Luis Nery robbed him of glory!

This is how Suliman repays Yamanaka?! a rematch? and has this even been ruled a no-contest?! I can not remember such a awful insult in the sport of boxing in my life!

Clearly they know Luis Nery had advantages in this fight yet the turned away from their own principles of 'Fairness' and 'Integrity'. The worst part is this is no favor for Yamanaka its more of a OPPORTUNITY for Luis Nery to redeem himself, Yamanaka does not need to prove himself but thats how its set up....I'm truly sad and ashamed to be a boxing fan right now.
