He should have sacked his trainer who is to blame Gary Lockett he is the one who pulled him out the referee

It should've been a TD as the cut was caused by a head butt. Williams was up on all 3 cards as well so would've won. His corner are the one at fault though, they stopped the fight without consulting the referee or doctor, they essentially pulled him out before the ref/doc could make an official ruling.
