    As reported a few weeks ago, former WBC welterweight world champion Victor Ortiz (31-6-2, 24 KOs) was charged with 2 misdemeanor counts of DUI stemming from his September arrest. TMZ Sports broke the story ... Ortiz was arrested on Sept. 24th in Ventura County, California around 7 PM when cops pulled over his BMW and smelled booze.

            Az got tough laws I would hate to live in that desert, actually would of loved a few days of county in my dui and since it’s packed probably like 2 days here over a 2k fine or community service.

                you doing a week minimum here in az. depending on your levels the mandatory changes and you get a huge fine too, and that car lock shit.
