Comments Thread For: Rob Brant: Braehmer Has Seen it All - But He's Never Fought Me

Youth versus experience will take center stage Friday night between unbeaten Rob Brant and former world two-time world titleholder Juergen Braehmer. It is a compelling matchup, but which of the two will have their arm raised in victory? Brant is strong, has an improving skill-set and entering his prime, but has yet to face anyone at the level Braehmer has faced.

I understand people coming up with the Ward comparison but Ward was an Olympic gold winner and had some good fights under him. Brant has been unknown and stepping up in weight. I just think it's an injustice to Ward.
This guy could be the real deal just need to show us before anyone talks about Ward

no one is comparing him to ward..just acknowledging d fact that he is in the same situation as ward was in the super six..and compared to the super six..he has a chance cuz super six fighters probably sleeps on 4/6 of the fighters in the wbss tournament..so it a difficult but easier tournament compared to d super six..u don't need an Olympic gold medal to win a tourney..its skills and heart

Ward also had a solid homefield. Brant doesn't have that luxury.
