Its a charity event. Not uncommon for those to have a higher price tag.

I remember I was randomly going thru Detroit one time & seen some sign for amateur fights. Decided I was gonna stop by. I get to the door expecting it to be $9, maybe $15/max & this chick asked me for $100. That card was some charity event too. I high tailed it outta there feeling like a dummy cuz I ain't paying $100 to watch some amateur kids I don't even know.

As for the actual fight with Haney this guy is 3-6 vs guys with a winning record (11-2 vs guys with even or losing records). Somewhat interestingly Haney fights again 2 weeks after this fight, but that opponent also has a somewhat poor record vs guys with a winning record 4-3-1 (17-2 vs guys with even or losing records).

They need to get Haney in with slightly better guys. Dude is approaching 20-0 & he's fought some of the worst opponents of any 20-0 talked about guy ever in recent times.
