Comments Thread For: Ricky Burns: Let's Sort Crolla Rematch, I Thought I Did Enough

Ricky Burns has insisted that he deserves a rematch following his latest defeat. The Scotsman dropped a decision at the hands of lightweight rival Anthony Crolla last weekend at Manchester Arena. The pair clashed exclusively live on Sky Sports over 12 rounds, with Million Dollar' getting the decision on all three judges' scorecards by margins of 116-113, 117-112 and 116-114.

It was a glorified spar, it's not a tickling competition! Burns took rounds off and is like malignaggi in there, crolla comes forward with stiff arm punches. Campbell said he wanted the winner so stop ducking, the fans want the fight. Hearn stop the sparring matches both these guys are done LOL. Burns can fight cardle for the scottish belt.

The point like most of these guy like Haye, they are broke and desperate of course he wants a rematch it is more money, the paying public should not have to watch a glorifed spar, Crolla should fight Flannagan this is bad on Hearns and Warren this fight never got made and shows that both fighters are not real men i would have insisted to my trainer and manager, the fighter is in control of his career not the other way round.

THIS! I Couldn't of said it any better myself! Burns is finished, he should fight Josh Taylor sellout in Scotland one last payday, Eddie better not put us through the pain of watching the rematch
Crolla - Campbell needs to happen now and should of don't when Ant had the WBA, I still cannot believe crolla rematched linares...I thought the first fight was clear enough!

This effer should just accept that favorable matchmaking and judges have made him a way bigger man in boxing than he is because he's never been above a domestic "champion." Hopefully he's made a lot of money
