Super middleweight title challenger Jose Uzcategui is still upset at the actions that occured after his May 20th disqualification loss to Andre Dirrell in Maryland. Uzcategui was up on the cards when he unloaded a three piece combination as the bell sounded to end the eighth round. The referee ruled that final punch landed after the bell and disqualified Uzcategui for the punch.

That was ****** of Lawson. That was not the way to handle it. This is not the first time a corner has done this though. Emotions take over when someone you love gets hurt. Two year suspension would be fair imo

He should definitely be suspended. That was the wrong thing to do. I doubt it will be for life Margarito trainer only was suspended for a year I think..i think a 2 year suspension and a 50k with 25% going to the Uzcategui camp would be fair

I don't think Uzcategui did it on purpose and he was DQed for it. Lawson ****ed up. If he did that to Abraham I wouldn't be mad.

Uzcategui did hit Andre after the bell prior to him getting disqualified. But he was definitely getting the best of Andre in that fight. I also think Lawson should be suspended for a while for that sucker punch that not called for, it was a coward move.
