Horn has the size he doesn't have the moves, Vargas is a B+A- fighter that is a classy technical boxer he only needs to stay tight and box to get a UD, but that could be hard in to get here. Ive seen some international guys blatantly robbed here.

Vargas doesn't do anything special but he's a solid "B" fighter. He doesn't have any real weakness also.
