When GGG makes canelo look as limited like lemieux would he be one of the greatest?

Canelo isn't limited like Lemeiux, but if GGG beats him solidly that will be big for his legacy. I actually regard Canelo as Floyd's best win.

He beat NDam and Curtis Stevens two good fighters with different styles.

Canelo would have big problems with Lemieux. I think he would lose but if he did win he'd be busted up badly.

Even if Canelo lost to Lemieux (something I think could happen), that does not make Lemieux a more skilled fighter. Match-ups are key, and Canelo matches up much better with GGG than David Lemieux.

As an example, Joe Frazier matched up really well with Ali, but he got destroyed by Foreman. Meanwhile, Foreman was KO'd by an older Ali. No one would argue Foreman was more skilled than Frazier just because he KO'd him. He had a crude style similar to Lemieux (although he was wayyy more powerful).

Absolutely not, such ignorance is hurting my brain cells!

How about this, if Canelo Knocksout GGG will you give him credit or do what most of his delusional fanbase will do and try to make up something out of thin air to excuse his loss!

Remember Jacobs nearly beat him and all i heard from Golovkin fans was that," GGG took it easy on him to get Canelo" or "GGG didnt go hard cuz he was a cancer patient" or the classic "GGG was fighting a cruiserweight or a heavyweight" LMFAOOO

you better hope, but it's a great match up no matter what happens.

Trout and Lara did beat Canelo
                    Canelo barely sc****d by Cotto

Brook hurt Lovemore Ndou way more than Canelo did.

I for one would give huge props to Canelo if he beats Golovkin. I think both guys are talented skilled fighters. As far as "Jacobs nearly beating Golovkin " not so. Jacobs made it through 12 rounds and that's an accomplishment in itself. Watch the fight again. Jacobs fell to his his knees at the end of the 12th grateful he made it to the final bell. Decision was unanimous, no knockout, but still simple to judge. Golovkin didn't go easy on him, he just outboxed and outpointed him. Not rocket science.
