Comments Thread For: Miguel Vazquez Picks Up a Quick Win in Jalisco, Mexico

Former IBF lightweight champion Miguel Vazquez has continued the rebuilding process by winning an eight round unanimous decision over Javier Mercado (25-11-2) at the Arena Chololo Larios in Tonala, Jalisco, Mexico. For Vazquez, it was his third win in a row since suffering a ten round unanimous decision loss to former champion Argenis Mendez in October of 2015. Since that defeat, he came back to win fights over Erick Bone and Armando Patino.

The worst fight I have watched in the last 4 years was the Micky Bey-Vasquez fight. Not because of the outcome but it was just excruciatingly boring fight to watch, I was just getting back into boxing after a lengthy break and I almost exited right back out of boxing - if every boxer fought like Vasquez I'm not sure they'd even be a sport to watch.

Boxingscene get your facts right you idiots. This article is fake and misleading and not accurate. Titere Vazquez won a fight by KO on 2nd of September against Jose Daniel Ruiz.
