If he does fight Horn in 2018 - which I say doesn't happen - Horn has a VERY good chance of stopping him. The slippage was crystal clear from the last fight.

Pac is getting older and is inactive, Horn is active, young and will have a fight before the rematch to better himself or if Horn fights Vargas and Vargas beats Horn then what? Are they going to make Pacquiao vs. Vargas 2? Lol
