Comments Thread For: Mayweather: McGregor 'Extremely Dirty' Even With Cortez in Camp

Floyd Mayweather Jr. has no issue whatsoever with referee Robert Byrd officiating his fight against Conor McGregor. He didn't sound as certain Thursday that he believes McGregor will work within the confines of boxing's rules when they fight August 26 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. In just the brief footage Mayweather watched from the UFC superstar's sparring sessions against Paulie Malignaggi, he noticed McGregor continuously breaking the rules.

Floyd showed what he did when Ortiz got dirty, hit him with the two piece - and a biscuit

So, Floydie's seen just a few bits of video, and knows McGregor is dirty out the wazoo. Wonder if he can see back a few years to the cheap shot he landed on Ortiz, or the low blows to Judah, or all the excessive grabbing and holding in most of his fights, or the juicing? I would imagine McGregor will come out guns blazing looking for an early KO, so at least we get some entertainment for a few rounds before Floydie's grab n' hold-athon... that is if he isn't sprawled out on the canvas a minute into the 1st round.

        LOL

Lol every boxing pundit and commentator would hang themselves with the mic leads as soon as Floyd head hit the canvas, boxing would be finished or brought back to when people actually stood and fought and was exciting

This is just Floyd working the ref before the fight. Typical.

Well, Floydie said he's coming forward in this fight, so we shall see what will happen.
