              Definitely not surprising. I mean he did lose to Jorge Paez Jr twice lol Garcia on the other hand has been on a streak against some decent journeymen since the loss to Margarito.

                How is this a shock? Chavez is a huge underachiever and spends every fight laying on the ropes and Garcia is at least a legitimate top 15 contender. Common sense says that there is no way Garcia should have been anything less than a 4-1 favorite.
