Articles published on boxingscene its already common knowledge for those that follow news that Mikey requested an extension instead of just vacating his title to face Broner, but that would look weak on his part so with a win over bum Broner they can justify leaving 135 -- Robert Garcia on fighthub youtube channel talking about moving up and not waiting a few months for Jorge.
To your offer on the bet - I picked Mikey to beat Linares months ago when Mikey beat Zlat, I'm no hater and call BS on anyone when they are full of ****.

Boxing hardly has any competitive, entertaining fights at the top level anymore.
This fight was a disgrace and the showtime commentators did their best to not criticize broner's horrible performance.
Broner is added to my list of boxers who i never want to see fight again - and it's a long list...

Very disappointed with Broner's performance. I said in a previous comment before the fight that he would have to let his hands go to have a chance for an upset. He didn't. He is officially this eras' Zab Judah. He has the talent and ability to beat c level opponents, but lacks the mental focus it takes to beat elite fighters. In reality, with all that bravado and arrogance, Broner is really an insecure person. It shows in his personal life when he contemplated suicide and it shows in his approach in the ring as well. He doesn't have the confidence to launch an aggressive offense because he fears getting countered and knocked out in the process. That is something that no trainer can correct. I hope that Broner can search deep within himself and place good people around him to solve his issues. I wish him nothing but the best. Hopefully he gets his personal life together before he ever steps back in the ring. Now...Mr. Garcia, you said you might stay at 140. Lets see you fight that beast over at top rank, Terrence Crawford. That is now the best fight at that weight, and it makes financial sense. It's Duran vs Leonard all over again with 2 undefeated dominant champions. Bob Arum, make it happen.
