    Murat Gassiev, the IBF cruiserweight champion, has been hard at work at the Summit Gym in Big Bear - working alongside stablemate Gennady Golovkin - where he prepares for his upcoming bout against Krzystof Wlodarczyk, which is part of the eight-man cruiserweight tournament in the inaugural edition of 'the World Boxing Super Series'.

    Gonna be a great cruiserweight tournament. Still waiting on u.s. tv announcements though!! Either way itll be on youtube. Not so excited about smw though. Some good fights may come out of it and surprise though.

        Can't wait!

        Picking him to win it all, hopefully his style doesn't copy GGG' s too much as I believe that type of style won't help him to win!

          Not really unified though is it considering Lebedev is a coward and isn't in there.... Hopefully the WBA order Lebedev to face the winner of the WBSS so they can scrap the 'Super' and get back down to one WBA belt.

            I'm rooting for him too! but Gassiev appears to have the toughest road ahead of him : Krzysztof Wlodarczyk is tough mandatory defense then the winner of Yunier Dorticoss ( who holds the Interim WBA ) vs. Dmitry Kudryashov will be next in the semi-finals...my picks for 168-200 have it rough, I think its deliberate!
