Is it just a coincidence that Canelo agreed to fight GGG after his first tough fight?

Is it just a coincidence that Canelo agreed to fight GGG after his first tough fight?

Jacobs was the first man to give GGG a real tough close fight

But is this is the reason why Canelo and his team/GB decided to now, finally, to face GGG?

Or is there another reason or excuse they'll give?

Because it seems like such a ***** move to avoid GGG for so long, then jump at signing the fight after GGG had a tough fight

Well yeah. He saw things Brook and Jacobs did and has balls now. He don't take risks.

No. While Canelo was beating a 34 year old blown up WW, GGG was beating the piss out of the maybe the best puncher in his division.

          FAIL.

It was well known the plan was for them to fight in September 2017 before Golovkin even fought Brook.

No. Oscar has always said he wanted this fight in 2017.

People need to start posting without their emotions in hand - it's widely known that Canelo/GB's plan was to fight GGG on Sept. 2017.

No, the PPV model is dead (except for major spectacles).
Neither Canelo, nor GGG is must-see TV without a major co-headliner. They have to pad these guys with Mexican holidays.
Both guys have peaked (in a good way).
It's time for them to meet

Is it just a coincidence 97G fans started talk of him declining and looking old after he fought his first warm body?
