German WBC Super Middleweight World Champion Nikki Adler is hard at work for her Friday, August 4 title defense against two-time Olympic Gold Medalist Claressa "T-Rex" Shields. Adler (16-0, 9 KOs) will make the third defense of her WBC 168-pound title, and try to add the IBF Super Middleweight belt to her collection, against Flint, Michigan's Shields (3-0, 1 KO) in the 10-round main event of Salita Promotions' "BATTLE OF THE BEST" event at MGM Grand Detroit and Televised live on ShoBox: The New Generation (10;30 p.m. ET/PT)

        LOL I like this answer.
What would a victory over Claressa Shields mean to you?
        17-0
I wish she woulda turned pro against someone like this cuz all she's fought is setup opponents & the only live fighters in these bigger weight divisions for females are the title holders & Shields.

          Shields spars dudes.

Adler's getting stopped inside 3 rounds. Decent defense, decent counters, but not enough power to keep Shields off for long; she's too solid.

I'm surprised Adler lasted as long as she did, but the outcome was inevitable.

Great win for Claressa. She's a good boxer and will get better. Swings a little wild at times, but solid otherwise. Very promising career in front of her.
