          If he is smart he will hold the belt hostage over in Australia fighting mandatories filling out venues. Plenty fighters have made a career and decent money doing this.

            Horn needs to stay where he's at and try and cash out. Make the big names come to him in Australia where he can do huge gates and take the lions share. There's 10 WW's that could clean this dudes clock tomorrow. Horns not some dynamic talent. If I was a promoter I wouldn't want to invest money in him long term. I'd tell him to stay where he is and fight some ham and eggers. Set himself up financially for the rest of his life. He will always be a star in Australia. There's no reason to get body bagged by Spence, Thurman, or any other big dog in WW division.

                horn needs to rematch pacquiao and get paid. he's going to lose to any of the top welters so he might as well rematch
