Rematch will happen where the most money will be made. It is not Pacquiao's decision. Arum will decide.

For Love of the game, Manny should retire, he won the fight but lost the judges. A rematch in Australia will not do the same gate again. A rematch in the Philippines would have a bigger gate if a location of size is available. While Horn maybe the A side in a rematch, Manny is still the star and draw. Horn will be B side in any other bout with top Welterweights and no draw. No one wants to pay to see Horn, he's tough and has heart but his boxing skills are not good enough for any top Welterweight. He can A side another contender but no money there. A rematch in the Philippines is the best potential gate and purse. Rocky story,hometown dreams and Pac made the draw, now all they could see is Rocky lose or beat a further diminished PacMan. The Philippines will fill any arena to see their hero, avenge the unjust loss.

The rematch will be huge ratings on ESPN for sure especially if they give it a good 4 weeks of promotion and build up using the controversy or if they put it on ABC if they can rack up enough high paying commercial slot sponsors, the casuals will gobble this up man it will do big numbers its all anyone was talking about on Twitter.
