I am not sure what they are on about , mix .... its 100% certain that ANY WW in the world (and anyone around that weight class) aside from Floyd which is retired from real boxing will take Pac in a heartbeat , All pac needs to do is say a name and it will happen , no one is ducking him and he doesn't need any statement to get a fight.
matter of fact all the top dogs in WW will rather face Manny instead of eachother , i will say that i think Pac at this stage gives ANYONE in the WW a run for their money and i believe he beats most of them as well , sad he won't give us another real fight , ce la vi.
