Jeff Horn says Manny Pacquiao's mobile phone antics are proof the Filipino great is not taking Sunday's 'Battle of Brisbane' seriously enough. Pacquiao spent most of Wednesday's official press conference at Suncorp Stadium playing with his phone and looked largely disinterested in the formalities unfolding around him. Horn's promoter, Duco Events boss Dean Lonergan, teased Pacquiao as not only an 11-time world champion boxer, but a "world champion texter" as well.

Lol, Manny is as interested in this fight as the folks here in the U.S. are.

Lol, I knew the "I've never been so pumped and motivated for a fight" talk was b.s., that was probably Bob telling Manny and Roach to please sound enthusiastic and sell this fight.

I'll wait to see if Pacquiao fights someone credible in his next fight. I'll pass on watching this fight with school teacher Horn. I'll just read about it here on boxingscene.

He actually did do this during the Floyd presser, which makes it that much more likely he'll do it elsewhere. But I'm glad they called him out on it, I've never enjoyed watching him doodle with his phone, just sit there and conduct yourself better than a teenager. Jeff Horn seems like a class guy, I like the way he's conducted himself. He might get extra lit for these comments tho.

When pep talks, fight film, and even blowing smoke up your fighters azz don't work....start complaining about feeling disrespected due to someone texting. Whatever gets their motor running. At this point Pacquaio could show up to the presser with a blanket and a pillow and the press would have still not be interested in anything but the length of the blanket, does manny snore, and the only thing they'd care about Jeff is whether he likes the blanket.
