    Despite the recent comments that were made by Mexican superstar Saul "Canelo" Alvarez (49-1-1, 34 KOs), World Boxing Council (WBC) President Maurico Sulaiman is planning to sanction the boxer's upcoming fight with WBC, IBF, WBA, IBO middleweight champion Gennady Golovkin (37-0, 33 KOs). The fight is scheduled to take place on September 16th, during Mexican Independence Day weekend, at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

            So if Nelo wins and dumps the belt what happens? If the WBC was smart make Charlo/Heiland for the Interm title.

                    Multiple world titles is the only thing I don't like about this sport. It would be so much better if there was one top dog in each division and all the other guys fought each other to move up the rankings and earn a shot at the champ. Do it on a points system or something so there is no bias in the rankings.

                    Imagine in something like tennis if federer, djokovic, nadal and murray never played each other because they had different managers. The fans would not have any of it yet we boxing fans just continue to bend over and take it over and over again
