I don't even see Broner making 140, he said the same bull**** with Grandados and had to move it up to 147. I see Garcia KO Broner within 10 rounds if Broner is weight drained. If he isn't then a Garcia UD. Broner is overrated. the years of beating up smaller guys with his 10-15 pound weight advantage is over.
