Comments Thread For: Dmitry Bivol Beats Down Cedric Agnew, Stops Him in Four

Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas - WBA interim-light heavyweight champion Dmitry Bivol (11-0, 9 KOs) dropped and beat down Cedric Agnew (29-3, 15 KOs) for a fourth round stoppage. Bivol came out pressing the action, throwing a stuff jab to work his way in and then using that punch to set up other opportunities for himself.

Bivol looks like a beast. Anyone know what promotion he's under?

Doesn't matter but I would like to see Bivol vs a former champion next. Maybe Cleverly or maybe a former prospect like Slava.

No punches coming back....no jabs...no counters.

A fighter his age should be in way deeper than that.

He throws his shots....then hops across the ring like he's fighting Mike Tyson.

There was no need to be hopping away from a kitten like Agnew.

I was really IMPRESSED. Completely and totally impressed by bivol.

Why would he want to end this fight in the second round? he decided to make it longer, and I find it an intelligent move.

He showed an impressive ability to cut the ring, he showed that he masters the feints, the rithms, the counters, stamina handling, every fkcng aspect of the game. He uses his head better than his hands, I love that in a fighter, I like intelligent fighters not dumb ones, and bivol showed us that he is smart as F...

I'm totally impressed. Cant understand your comment, tbh.

It was a great intelligent performance from the up and comer he's an exciting prospect. Don't mind Kigali he thinks Wilder is one of the best technicians in the boxing game. Says it all really

He didn't have enough in front of him to impress me.

He fires his shots and clears out like Dracula at a high noon Garlic festival.

                  WHERE IS HE GOING???

There's nothing coming back at him.
                  Stay there and DIG...

Dude was hopping around like they had him in the ring with a rhinoceros

Does not mix offense and defense.....he just covers-up and lets you work.

                    Stop lying.

I said Wilder is the most dangerous HW
I said he's the fastest HW
I said he has the best stamina at HW

                    All true

I never said he is the best technician....no need to start lying like a catty female.
