Both fights are a joke sure , but if Floyd comes to box safe and win a pot shot 12 rounds UD its a bad look for boxing thats all , the all world will be watching and if McG will be pushing the fight and Floyd will dance around and pot shot to score it will be embarrassing for boxing as the expectation is a Floyd by a blowout win where he is dominating the fight.
If he does then there is 0 difference between Canelo/Pac/Floyd vs McG if he is going to fight him like McG is some kind of ATG and be defensive then yes Pac woudlve done boxing a better service as he would demolish McG

I'm not shocked it got done. Mayweather had been telling everyone and their mama the fight was going to happen. He brought in UFC, bent them to his will and the fight was made.

I was trying to find the specific quote where he said he was shocked it got done. I didn't think it was going to happen at first but the more Mayweather talked about it I realize he was serious. Then when White came aboard you had to know it was for real. I don't understand why anyone would be shocked it got done.

You probably misunderstood my post , Floyd is an amazing boxer , but this is a circus fight , and i hope he comes to dominate McG, If manny or Canelo or anyone else coudlve taken the McG they would do it in a heartbeat , but thats not the point , whatever not sure you even tried to get the point.

maybe i missed your original point but you get my point im sure.... The only reason that oscar open letter came out is because its not his fighter canelo getting this huge payday..... Thats the only reason oh and his big fight is a few weeks after this fight..... Its all about money for everyone
