Comments Thread For: Rigondeaux Not Worried About Inactivity, Age Affecting Him

When Guillermo Rigondeaux enters the ring Saturday night in Las Vegas, he'll fight for the first time in 11 months and just the third time in nearly 2 years. That type of inactivity isn't ideal for a 36-year-old boxer, but the Cuban-born southpaw isn't concerned rust will become a factor in his 122-pound title fight against Mexico's Moises Flores on the Andre Ward-Sergey Kovalev undercard.

Don't worry Rigo, even without proper training you would box his ears off.

Finaly having a real P4P beast in Vegas next week end.

Inactivity breeds laziness but this guy has so much talent that has been wasted I really want him to fight the elite or what is there but not go up too much in weight he's a small man...

He's not concerned because he knows he'll keep fighting tomato cans until the day he retires

He should be worried about inactivity before the few people still interested in him give up and move on, great boxer but useless at getting the fights he needs.

The king is back, and yes , rigo still has it .
He needs a tko ( he should break some bones or a face ) and then go to 126 to fight loma who can still make 126 , that would be fair fight at 126 .
Or , if any of the others jokes who ran from 122 without facing the king such as panticruz, abduck mares , quack quigg or rabbit frampton, would dare to fight him , it would be a beating by the king . Rigo beats them all ... the only challenge rigo has is Loma , I hope this fight happens.

Hit and not be hit ; can not hit what you don't see .

No one worries about inactivity these days.
They're all okay with fighting less often.
