  • Comments Thread For: Mike Perez Returns With 29-Second Win, Wants Activity

Mike Perez returned from a two-year hiatus to get a quick-fire stoppage. The Cuban former amateur star, who has put in some serious work to get down to cruiserweight, ousted Viktor Biscak after just 29 seconds. The fight came on the undercard of Lee Haskins' attempt to retain the IBF bantamweight world title against Ryan Burnett, exclusively live on Sky Sports, at the SSE Arena in Belfast.

Do you know the first thing about the Cruiserweight division?

Almost didn't recognize him in that picture. He looks like a completely different person now that he's lost all that weight. Good for him hope he becomes a dominant cruiserweight and gets some decent paydays.

Almost every top cruiser has faced better fighters than Perez.

I don't know if you're playing the devils advocate, or the fool, but Biscack's right leg had something wrong with it. It bucked when he tried to lean back quickly on it, resulting in the KDs.

Perez was never the same after that one fight that he left that fighter in bad shape

Good for the CW division to see Perez moving down from HW. The CW division is very interesting at the moment. A lot of good quality fighters.
