Why are most of the other American boxers not as brave as Earl Spencer?

Earl Spencer has just gone and beat Kell Brook in his back garden, a top level boxer away from home. Why wouldn't most other American fighters dare to do the same?

Apart from Terence Crawford i can't think if any other American boxers who have the balls to step outside of their comfort zone. Mayweather wouldn't dare, Ward wouldn't dare etc.

So what is the reason most American boxers are scared to fight away from home? Now that Earl Spencer has gone into the lions den and dethroned the champ, will it encourage other American fighters to do the same or will they stay scared and only fight in their back gardens?

Blacks still like it but arent raised to go 1 on 1 in life, so most cant **** with a person head up so they adapt defensive first styles.

Yeah. At first i was skeptical of Spence because of is chin whether or not he has heart also so i didnt jump on the band wagon yet. But seeing how he beat brook in his own backyard is not everyday. Hes humble too, got an exciting style and has heart. Just the attributes for a fighter to be a fan of.

Kell Brook on the other hand is top level, Earl deserves a lot of credit for that, Gervonta fought a grade a bum so that's not even worth mentioning.
